Vanessa Mallinson is a London based DJ who grew up in Spain from an early age listening to Quincy Jones, Talking Heads and Massive Attack.
Vanessa’s eclectic and inspiring sets are influenced by her affinity and passion for House, Disco, Soul, and Rare Groove. Her impeccable taste in music conveys a distinct rhythm and sound when she plays.
Vanessa’s career began at Mixmag in London working in club promotions before moving to Universal Music where she grew her music knowledge working with independent record labels: Defected, Azuli, Minstry of Sound and BBE Music.
After Universal, she made a natural progression to resident DJ at Soho House where she developed her unique musical style.
Vanessa has recently supported: Eli Escobar, Sonny Fodera, Todd Edwards, Girls of the Internet, Hifi Sean, Carista, Mousse T and Shy One.
Vanessa also DJ’s at high-profile international events as well as curating music for Milan Fashion Week.
